Nano Tech High Cut Step One Compound, aggressive cutting compound for paint correction, removes sanding marks, heavy swirls & oxidation, low dust, no silicone, follow with step 2 finishing polish.
Directions for Use
Wash, decontaminate and clay the paint surface completely. Work in cool, shaded area. Mask trim, badges, rubber and lights. Test on hidden area first. Shake well before use.
Step One – High Cut Compound: Use with cutting pad / wool pad. Apply 3–5 pea-sized drops on pad. Spread at low speed, then polish in 60×60cm sections with cross-hatch overlapping passes. Wipe off with microfiber towel when compound turns translucent. Remove sanding marks, heavy swirls and oxidation.
Step Two – Fine Cut Finishing Polish: Switch to clean soft finishing pad. Apply small amount. Polish lightly to remove hazing and micro-marring left by Step One, achieve mirror gloss. Wipe and inspect under bright light. IPA wipe to check true finish.
After paint correction, apply wax, sealant or ceramic coating for paint protection.
Warnings
Always work Step 1 first then Step 2. Do not reverse the sequence.
Avoid direct sunlight, hot panels and stationary buffing to prevent paint burning.
Do not over-cut; clear coat thickness is limited.
Keep cutting pad and finishing pad separated. Never mix pads.
Not for matte paint, PPF, vinyl wrap, raw plastic and rubber. Clean residue from trim immediately.
Wear eye protection and gloves. Keep out of reach of children.
Store sealed in cool place. Do not freeze. Shake thoroughly before use.
